Welcome to DocNow Healthcare. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and diagnostic services. By booking a test or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. About DocNow Healthcare
DocNow Healthcare provides diagnostic laboratory services, including health checkups, pathology testing, preventive health packages, and home sample collection services through certified laboratory partners.
We act as a service facilitator connecting patients with accredited diagnostic laboratories.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or using the service under parental/guardian supervision.
- The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Booking & Service Terms
a) Test Booking
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Confirmation is provided via SMS, email, or phone.
- Certain tests may require prior medical prescriptions.
b) Home Sample Collection
- Users must provide accurate address and contact details.
- Our trained phlebotomists will collect samples at the scheduled time.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.
c) Preparation Guidelines
It is the user's responsibility to follow fasting or preparation instructions before the test. Incorrect preparation may affect test results.
4. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in INR (or applicable currency).
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- We use secure third-party payment gateways.
- DocNow Healthcare does not store debit/credit card details.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
5. Reports & Medical Disclaimer
- Test reports are delivered digitally via email or platform login.
- Report timelines are indicative and may vary based on test complexity.
- Diagnostic reports are for informational purposes and must be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner.
DocNow Healthcare does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice unless explicitly stated through licensed professionals.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested prior to sample collection.
Refund eligibility depends on the service stage:
Before Sample Collection
Eligible for refund (processing fees may apply).
After Sample Collection
Non-refundable.
Refund timelines depend on the payment provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
DocNow Healthcare shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by external factors
- Incorrect information provided by the user
- Medical decisions taken based on reports without professional consultation
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal and medical data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as outlined therein.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the DocNow Healthcare website, including logos, text, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of DocNow Healthcare and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Use
Users agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
- Misuse services for unlawful purposes
- Disrupt platform functionality
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
11. Third-Party Services
We may partner with accredited laboratories, logistics providers, and payment gateways. While we ensure quality standards, we are not responsible for third-party platform technical issues beyond our control.
12. Amendments
DocNow Healthcare reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur only.
